Wicked Gluten Free plans its first NJ/NY Metro Expo at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey, on November 7 and 8, 2026. Organizers describe it as America's largest gluten-free food festival, with more than 100 booths, food trucks, free samples, and live demonstrations. For readers in the New York City area, it is a short trip across the Hudson for a day of tasting and shopping.
What the two-day expo will offer
Organizers say the event is built around food. Booths will be run by gluten-free bakeries, food brands, restaurants, and small businesses, selling items such as cookies, brownies, breads, pasta, pizza crusts, granola, and protein bars. Food trucks will serve prepared dishes, and some vendors will hand out free samples, including ready-to-eat bites and pre-wrapped items to carry while walking the floor. Live presentations and cooking demonstrations are scheduled on the show floor, and a kids' play area is planned for families.
Organizers also say the expos can draw up to 5,000 attendees. Because the event is large and busy, visitors should expect crowds at popular booths and plan extra time for entry and browsing.

Allergen safety for attendees
Gluten-free does not automatically mean allergen-free. Wicked Gluten Free says it vets exhibitors, including some that work in shared facilities and follow cross-contamination protocols. Even so, the event is not an allergen-free environment. Visitors with celiac disease or other dietary needs should read booth signage and product labels and ask vendors how their foods are prepared before sampling or buying.
Gluten-containing foods may not be brought into the venue, including snacks for children. Beverages are allowed, and drinks will be sold on site. Anyone with a medical dietary requirement should make their own decisions about which products are suitable for them.
